Specialist Biodiversity Offset Provider 

Very simply, we help developers find the solutions needed to ensure their development projects meet the necessary nutrient mitigation (nitrates / phosphates) and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) measures set out by Natural England.

 

With further changes to the Environment Act becoming a legal requirement in November 2023 the legislation will require most development sites to deliver a minimum of 10% net gain. Sometimes achieving this level of gain is not attainable on site, therefore "off site" provisions to make up the shortfall will be required. 

 

We are then able to engage with the developer to understand the specific offset needs for their project. We then match this with a suitable nature based solution utilising land from our extensive network of ‘offset ready’ land across the south of England.
